Question RTX 3070 + i9 Micro stutters and poor fps

Hi guys, just wondering if anyone has any ideas at all as to why my FPS is so bad?

Note I only have 24gb of RAM rn as one stick died but the issues were still happening even with all 4 sticks.

The poor performance happens on legit every single game I own except for Valorant... please help.

you can upload it onto a site which facilitates this like SaberCatHost this one i like since not so much (or any) spam comes with it and does not require a log in to get the info.
Just make one until this happens like you described.

Do install FRAPS before and have it run, the FPS will also be displayed in the log as far as i remember.

I was playing a game while doing the log, did I do smth wrong or?

Would like to see a litle longer log and fraps included to see how fps are in game. Don't see other apparent stuff in this log.

Sorry for the long reply, been really busy but yeah it happens to online and singleplayer games, ill try do the log soon i appreciate the replies
