Issue
I struggle to get over 40 fps (50 average in ship) in Helldivers 2 on my new used RTX 3070ti with low-mid settings. I see others with the same GPU at 80fps on ultra settings.
Info
CPU sits in-between 50-60%
GPU sits at 15-20%
Memory is at 80%
Specs
Operating System - Windows 10 Prof
Motherboard - Asus PRIME B660-PLUS D4 ATX LGA1700 Motherboard
BIOS Version - American Megatrends Inc. Version 1009
CPU - Intel Core i3-12100F 3.3 GHz Quad-Core Processor
RAM - Corsair Vengeance LPX 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3200 CL16 Memory
GPU - NVIDIA Founders Edition GeForce RTX 3070 Ti 8 GB Video Card
SSD - Samsung 970 Evo Plus 1 TB M.2-2280 PCIe 3.0 X4 NVME Solid State Drive
PSU - Corsair GS700 700 W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply
I ran a 3DMark test on steam and temps were around 70 for the GPU and 50 for the CPU
Is this a RAM issue or CPU issue? It seems that way to me but I thought a better opinion would be good before spending money. Any help appreciated, thanks!
