Question RTX 3070ti PSU Daisey Chain

I have an Aorus RTX 3070ti Masters, and it uses two 8 pin, and a 6 pin connector for power. Am I fine splitting power off of one of the 8 pins into the 6 pin?

EVGA Supernova 850 GM, brand new. GPU is around 8 months old.

This the most common way to get power to most modern GPU's.... so yes, if the cables from your PSU have a "6 pin + 2 pin" connector, you can definitely do what you are asking
