Hello, I recently purchased an MSI RTX 3080 OC edition with 64GB Hyperx 3600Mhz CL 18 (XMP enabeled) RAM, Ryzen 9 5950 x, ASROCK x570 Phantom Gaming 4 motherboard and I am getting 20-30 FPS less per games than what other benchmarks are showing -For exmaple I get AVG 72 FPS in Assassin's Creed Valhalla in 1080p Ultra preset-
Most recent bios on the motherboard, all drivers up to date, temps all under 70 degrees celsius and I am freaking desperate...

What could be the problem?

Hi, I had done Userbench, the results:
UserBenchmarks: Game 219%, Desk 111%, Work 270%
CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 5950X - 107.4%
GPU: Nvidia GeForce RTX 3080 - 208.3%
SSD: Kingston A1000 NVMe PCIe M.2 240GB - 142.9%
SSD: Kingston SA2000M81000G 1TB - 304.7%
HDD: Samsung HD103SI 1TB - 53.7%
HDD: WD Green 1TB (2010) - 56.9%
USB: Generic External 250GB - 18.6%
RAM: Kingston HyperX DDR4 3600 C18 4x16GB - 137%
MBD: Asrock X570 Phantom Gaming 4

This is sorta useless, hence why sizzling asked for the "link" to the results.

Did you downloaded and installed the lastest chipset drivers from AMD website? Should be this one for your mobo: https://www.amd.com/en/support/chipsets/amd-socket-am4/x570

Did you build the PC yourself?

Also whats...
brand and model of the psu?
cpu/gpu/ram/ssd usage during the game?
windows 10? fresh install for the build?
latest motherboard bios?

Tried several PSUs, even an 1400W one, same results all the time. Absolute latest BIOS. Fresh Windows installed. What is wery strange that Task manager shows 1 and 0% of GPU usage witch is wery wery odd... CPU is around 17-20%
Also did Userbench:

GPU: Nvidia GeForce RTX 3080 - 208.3%

RAM: Kingston HyperX DDR4 3600 C18 4x16GB - 137%
MBD: Asrock X570 Phantom Gaming 4

Can you run userbenchmatk and share the public link to the results. That might help point to what is underperforming.

Also whats the complete brand and model of the PSU? If you don't know how to check this post a screenshot of the PSU label here (use imgur please).

How did you check the temps in game? Best way for me will be afterburner OSD, or hwinfo 64 "Sensors Only" option (checking the "Max" column for the temp sensorsafter playing for at least 30 mins).
