Question RTX 3090 FTW3 Ultra - Need help with a few issues (GPU and LAN cable working but not connecting to the Internet)

Some very odd issues going on here. First of all I attempted to plug in both of my display port cables to the GPU. One of my monitor displays but only in a certain port on my GPU. The other monitor displayed 2-3 times but then stopped completely. Both monitors will not display at the same time. Furthermore one of my monitors is 1440p and there is no option for that resolution in display settings, nor is there an option for 144hz. There is no 144hz option on my other monitor as well. If that's not bad enough there's no Internet when I plug in my LAN cable. It doesn't even display anything. I know that the LAN port is on because there's a green light around it. So far im leaning towards a bad GPU. I believe the Internet issue may be fixed with drivers. I haven't installed them yet but I will do so later today. The display issue though confuses me.

Can you tell us your full system specs including the PSU brand and model?

I can't check the psu model right now but my system specs are:

CPU: i9 10900k
GPU: RTX 3090 FTW3 Ultra
Motherboard: Asus Rog Strix z490 -f gaming
PSU: Asus Rog Thor 1200w
CPU Cooler: Corsair h100i rgb platinum
