Question RTX 4070 Ti Super or RTX 5070 Ti

Hello,
I wanted to buy 5070 Ti, but seeing how 5080 is extremely overpriced (1650$ is cheapest) I expect 5070Ti to be like 1250$ cheapest.. 4070Ti Super is 910$ right now, should I grab it or wait for 5070Ti? I don't want to wait too much as I expect 4070Ti Super to disappear off the shelves before 5070TI appears. I don't know if the multiframegen will be worth 300$ premium and i expect both 4070ti super and 5070ti to perform exactly alike..

I mean it's all a bunch of 4D chess here, who know what will happen. Maybe there won't be any 5070Ti in stock at all, and maybe in a few months we will be swimming in them plus 9700XTs, which could be roughly similar.

And we don't even have any reviews to make assumptions yet.

That is even before considering specifics such as where you're actually ordering from.

If you can wait half a year, that's always the best idea in these cases. Panic buying into last gen tech would leave a bad taste in my mouth.

5070 Ti does look to have some advantages. More bandwidth, and ray tracing for sure, on top of a small CUDA core count increase. I haven't really seen any deep dives yet on DLSS4, so hard to say how much of an impact that will make. Also possible some of those features will come to the 30 and 40 series cards via driver updates.
