i have upgrade my pc to rtx 4070ti recently, and im facing random stuttering/ fps drops to 1 and the game lags for few secounds then goes back to Normal.
i have enabled xmp. from my motherboard. run different games with different settings but still no luck. i have this issue even with games that does not required high specs. like cs:go/portal.
what i have tried so far.
CPU: i7-13700k
GPU: RTX 4070 TI ZOTAC.
RAM: Corsair Vengeance RGB DDR5 32GB (2x16GB) 6400MHz C32
Motherboard: MSI PRO Z790-P WIFI DDR5:
PSU: Corsair Rm1000X 80 Plus Gold Fully Modular Atx 1000 Watt Power Supply
Storage: SAMSUNG 980 PRO 2TB PCIe NVMe Gen4 m.2
the only one solution that i have in my mind that i haven't tried is to add new PCI to PSU and connect it to the GPU. since the gpu come with 3 to 1 12VHPWR. right now im connecting two seprate cable and one with

- Update my NVIDIA driver.
- Turn on/off xmp.
