Question RTX 4080 FE - I can't use dual monitors with 2x DP ports ?

I have the RTX 4080 FE and I was using dual monitors for a long time. One Via DP (my main) one via HDMI (my secondary). I recently figured why not use DP for my second monitor instead of HDMI. So I plug it in and it will no detect on windows or in nvidia's software...

If I unplug my main monitor though, the secondary one kicks to life instantly and works perfectly. But as soon as I plug in my main monitor again, it goes dead..... Not really sure what to even do here.... since it works when I unplug the main monitor I assume its not a cord issue and it does in fact work.

Main monitor - Samsung Odyssey 27" IPS Model:LS27AG500PNXZA
Secondary monitor - Dell - 24" Model:S2417DG

What resolution and refresh rate are both panels set to? G-Sync enabled in Nvidia's control panel? Try and disable FreeSync/Adaptive Sync/G-Sync on your panels and control panel and manually set the refresh rate to 165Hz.

Use DDU to remove all GPU drivers(Intel, AMD and Nvidia) then manually reinstall with the latest driver sourced from Nvidia's support site in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator.
