Question RTX 4090 Aorus Master w/ KryoSheet and Arctic TP-3

Changed the pads and put a KryoSheet in my 4090, here are my temps. Can anyone give me comparison valies? I feel like I am missing something here, I expected way lower temps.

Bright Memory RTX Benchmark on highest settings, no DLSS and WQHD
Ambient 21° C. in an ASUS AP201 Case

Any ideas what I could have done wrong? Maybe the TP-3 was no good?
