Question RTX 5070 Ti power limits.

I am looking at two 5070 Ti cards:

How are the power limits on these two cards ? Can I overclock the first one to the OC version through software? Do you think these are good cards?
1)Need to see the bios info in order to know that.
So far, no one has submitted them through GPU-Z; TechPowerUp has a large database of vbios files.

2)Probably. Silicon lottery makes it impossible for everyone to achieve the exact same performance. The OC model doesn't guarantee a better bin; some non-OC samples will overclock better than the factory OCed ones. I think the OC variant is for folks who don't want to tinker with that themselves - just set it and forget it, you know?

3)There's not much to go on. Even if I ignore the 50-series' PhysX support and the missing ROPs, and the 16-pin connecter mess...
I guess the cards look ok, if that's what you were asking?

like who cares if you can overclock it? its like 1-2% improvement only?
The min-maxers?

you can always save the BIOS and edit the values...these two cards have two BIOSes so if you mess up one of them, you can always get away with it. but I wouldn't do this unless there are serious problems. it is risky.

I meant these, for example:

5080 Gaming OC has a max of 450w, but the Windforce OC SFF is 400w.
Can't be sure the 2 5070TIs in question have the same power limit, but if we'd definitely know if we could see that info.
