you can run multiple graphic cards for multiple monitors

noticed you said not sli, so I guess that was were you are aiming? it should be possible

if you're not trying to sli them, it should be possible. although unless you plan on running 4 monitors, don't bother.

yes you can but first you have to check if the 8800 driver can handle he 6200. if the drivers are incompatible you cant

he doesn't need to use 4 monitors, lets say he plays everquest (or another 3d game where you can box several accounts)

then he can have 1 gfx card for each monitor to run with all the shin ding on it instead of having all monitors on the same gfx and running with less details on (just examples since I used to run several screens with EQ on the same gfx, if I had 2 gfx for 2 monitors it would have been a lot better performance)

i know, but they are stil crt ad i don't trust one of them since a few days.

i run or runned 2 on my fx5200.

i wana conncted the one i don't trust to the 6200.
