Run As Administrator Not working

Yesterday i changed the password of admin account and after that in command prompt (admin) i disabled administrator.
After that whenever i am trying to enable the administrator account or run anything as administrator,it says a password is needed but there is no box to write the pw and the only option is NO.
Command prompt is also not working as admin.Shows the same error.
I am frustrated, can't install any program.
 
which administrator did you disable in command prompt? if it was the built in admin, this could be the reason its acting like it is.

have you tried in safe mode?

right click start
choose run...
type netplwiz and press enter

What does your user show as here? MY user shows as Homeuser, Administrators, Users group
