Run WoW/LoL on Ultra

How much would I need to spend to run something like WoW or LoL on ultra settings, and still play something like BF4 or Watch Dogs on High/near Ultraish settings?

I've been trying to map out possible builds, but I'm not quite sure how they would perform. Here's two builds I'm possibly considering:

Any changes are welcome, but max budget is under $800. And if i can meet my requirements with less than that it would be great. The main focus is to play WoW/LoL on ultra, anything more than that is just a bonus.

if you want to max out, lol and wow you need i5 4670.
if you going to have a 120hz or 144hz monitor you need a geforce 780 to.

with a 60hz monitor a i5 4670 with 760 should keep you happy.

Lol is super easy to max out, I used to max it out on Athlon x2 250 and a 5670 512mb. So don't worry about that, wow is also easy to max out. However for watch dogs get an i5 and possibly a 280x or 290

I would suggest the second build but if you have $50 more, upgrading the motherboard to something alittle better, that isnt Micro-ATX.
