RUNDLL error message

Please help!!

When logging on I keep getting the following error mesages:-
C:\windows|system32\SIPSPI32.dll and C:\windows\system32\MSA64CHL.d11 the
specifiedmodule could not be found

Hi sharon,
try to run a spyware removal tool , that should fix the problem
download it from microsoft.com/spyware

I have donloaded the spywarerremoval tool but still getting error message.
Any other ideas??
