rundll error

Archived from groups: microsoft.public.windowsxp.hardware (More info?)

I don't know a whole lot about computers, but whenever I
start mine up, I get the following:

RUNDLL
Error loading
c:\windows\downloadedprogramfiles\bridge.dll module not
found.

What does that mean?? The computer seems to run fine, I
just don't know what it means, and it bugs me.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

'bridge.dll' is adware, aka WinFavorites

did you recently run a ad/mal/spyware removal utility? if not, you should.
if so, it probably didn't remove all the components of the offending adware.
go to the above symantec site for instructions on how to remove WinFavorties
adware.
