I keep having one crash in one spot and i cannot seem to find out why or how to fix it. I have tried probably a dozen fixes. Nothing seems to fix this one crash, and from what i can tell its only one area that crashes;

During the Campaign, you get a sponsor, this sponsor wanted me to do a Drag race in the Trainyard; every time i get about 12.5-13.5 seconds into the race; the game freezes and crashes to desktop. it seems to be based on the location where the train yard splits into a Y path; after the jump I am aware of the incompatibilities with this game and windows 10 but this is the only spot i seem to have a problem.
Specifications are far beyond the requirements for the game
AMD A6-7310 with AMD Radeon R4 Graphics
(4 core 2.0 GHz GPU Type: Radeon R4 series Base frequency (MHz): 800)
8 GB ram (6.91 usable due to hardware reservations from shared memory)
x64bit Windows 10 Home build 17134.765
Stuff i have tried in detail
Downloading the 1.2 patch (English) from the NFSU2 website and patching; followed by using the Hoodlum 1.2 exe crack from Gamecopyworld (as another post here mentioned)
Installing NFSUExtraoptions (so i can change lights to be duller in case it is the brightness or halo causing crash)
Modifying Speed2.exe to see only one processor with IMAGECFG.exe
manually changing Affinity to one of the four cores (either C0 C1 C2 C3 one at a time)
Downgrading in-game graphic options, dropping resolution
Upgrading graphic options/resolution
Widescreen Patch
Notable Modifications
Music Importer has replaced a few songs IE Spiders Black Betty with the Regular Black Betty love RAM JAM
NFSU2 ExtraOptions is installed though i had this issue before i installed it as well
Widescreen Patch is running in both Full and Windowed Modes; to no change *Installed after crash was found.
