Running exe file under recovery console

Can anyone tell me how to execute EXE file under recovery console? I wanted to run FDISK and recovery console thinks FDISK as an external command and gives me "THIS COMMAND IS NOT RECOGNIZE...." error. Although I'm not strange to DOS commands, I'm fairly new to NT. Your help is highly appreciated.

The recovery console has a set of commands and a bit different than DOS commands.
