hello...is there any reason to not be able fun a corsair k65 and a logitech mouse and a samsung wireles charger, off a 4 or 5 usb 3.0 powered hub?

Given a properly functioning USB hub, no.

My wireless Logitech mouse is running from the USB port on my Razer keyboard.
Other systems, running a wireless mouse and kbd from a 7 year old cheap USB hub.

right thanks! the Samsung wireless charger..would it better to be plugged in to the wall? or can i use said usb hub?

That should have no issue if connected to an appropriate port or hub.

Does it actually do what it is supposed to?

yes it does..it's amazing... it starts charging the second you place it on the pad no lag what so ever, there is also a fan in the back if it gets to hot...i dont have that issue with my s21 utra umight with a iphone..
