running ram sticks with same make and model but different versions in dual channel?

I have corsair vengeance lpx 8 gb 2400mhz ddr 4 ram module with cas and timing 16-16-16-39 and ver 5.3. I am planning to buy the same model with same cas and latency class but the one available has a version 3.21. will they work in dual channel ??? my motherboard is gigabyte h310m

Mixing and Adding memory is hit and miss even if identical. You won't know till you run them together.

I think version numbers are done because they'll use different memory chips depending on supply availability for the same model. It *should* be all fine but you won't know until you use it.
