Question Runtime errors

Hey guys, I try running some apps but they show me the errors: 0xc00007b & api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll is missing. I tried following some YT tutorials, downloaded the latest version of C++ & some .dll files, pasted in System32 & SysWOW64 but nothing is happening at all. Any solutions? :l

Screenrec (a screen recorder) and NFS Hot Pursuit 2010. I even tried compatibility mode & running the apps as administrator but nothing happens.

Also another thing that I noticed, when I open apps in full screen & take a screenshot, it shows the desktop and the background basically, even when tried streaming via Discord, it show a black screen as well.
