RX 460 4GB, GTX 1050 Ti and GTX 950, which one would be better ?

I3 2120
6GB DDR3
A random 650w PSU
320GB HDD

So which graphics card would be suitable with my PC ? RX460 4GB or GTX 1050 Ti or GTX 950?

I recommend 1050 Ti. However, your processor is an i3 Sandy Bridge, so you may experience some bottlenecks, depending on what game you play. For example, you will get crippling bottlenecks with Battlefield 1, which is very demanding on the processor. Games that are light on the CPU won't bottleneck your GPU as much.

1050 ti > 960 > 950 > 460

4gb 460 is a bad value, you're better off with a 1050 Ti if you want a 4gb card. However, if I was you I'd get a 460 2gb or 1050. It's likely that anything that demands more than a 2gb card is going to demand more CPU than you have as well, so why spend more?
