rx 460 Gpu, No onboard graphics

Hello im having trouble setting up my asus radeon rx 460. It wont display video when booted. The instructions state, boot it up, install drivers and get going. BUT i cant boot because my cpu has no onboard graphics. (anthlon x 4 750k) and it looks like the card wont boot properly without drivers. I disabled all other / previous graphicsdrivers and got it to work ONCE. but then it rebooted itself and went back to black screen.

Do you have an error beeps? Have you checked to see if its a model that needs a six pin power connector?
