RX 470 100% load on idle??

So when I start the PC, card randomly loads to 100%, heats up pretty quickly, coil whine screams really loud, and sometimes shut down the computer. ASUS Radeon RX 470 8GB. Please help!

Edit: I used gaming booster in the GPU Tweak II and it stopped to be always 100%. But it again start whenever I restart the PC.

That's why i said virus. It could be some of the program on your pc being injected with mining script. Or some of the website that you visit did use mining script.

Maybe, but only my graphics card is on load. Not Cpu or ram, so how can i see what uses my graphics card??

there is a lot of program that can monitor GPU usage but so far there is no software that i know of capable of identifying which program exactly using the GPU. your best bet would be running AV program and hope it catch something. have you tried disabling hardware acceleration for any program that capable of using GPU?

I better try to uninstall drivers and software and reinstall it again, run some anti virus software maybe it will help. I don't want to do the old Reinstall Windows. Thanks for help!
