Rx 470. Worth it?

RX 470 just came out. And im wondering if its worth it? my original plan was to save for the 1070. But rx470 coming out at around $180 (currently in newegg) and im thinking that if i cf 2 of em. will it be equal of performance with the 1070/80. or close? because Im still saving around 40-50$.
and if my psu will be able to handle it. sry i cant give out the specifics since im not at home right now. but i have a 650watts corsair. Im also planning on switching out my cpu. im getting an i5 6600. and a 16gb ddr4 gskill ram.

The RX 470 is simply a cut down version of the RX 480, the performance between them is minimal hence the prices are quite close together.
Look at RX 480 CF benchmarks and the 470 CF will be slightly lower.

I was able to buy all of them, but I didn't know if they are worth it so I was just waiting and when they are out of stock I thought I should have bought them. These 2 are only in stock don't know why no one is buying them
