PC Specs here: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/s2gNBZ with Windows 10 64bit
My friend gave me an RX 480 as a birthday present a few months ago, but I haven't put it in until today.
I ran guru3d's "Display Driver Uninstaller" for my current GPU, an R7 240, and shut the computer down.
After that, I unplugged the computer, opened it up and swapped the GPU for the RX 480. I also made sure to plug in the 6-pin power connector.
Once I plugged everything back in, the BIOS screen looked fine. It wasn't fully in frame, but fine. Then, it flashed to this: View: https://imgur.com/a/QQkfHVT
Nothing changed when I tried to log in. Restarting the PC and going into safe mode doesn't fix the problem.
