im new to building rigs, but since I want to build.i want to it to be good in 4-5 years.i decided to look at sapphire rx 480 8gb nitro oc.But I was scated after I saw temps, will it stay for long?Or I have to go to green side of nVidia GTX 1060 6GB?Or 3gb will be enough same for rx 480 will 4gb be enough for future proof?Games I will be playing will be Wow and sometimes other games.

Solution
If you want future proof, then you need a top of the line card.

If you want something that will run games at lower settings in the future, a 480 should run games in 4 years, probably at low settings.

Your best bet is to get the best single card you can possibly afford, however if you're on a budget, a rx480 8gb will do fine for a few years (I myself own one from msi and adore the thing) nvidia cards are decent as well but if you are planning on going all out, a 1070 or above would probably do well for you.

I don't think so. RX480 right now is a mid-tier GPU, in 5 years, it's gonna be low. It will definitely run games, but not as good as it does now. Compare it to the 750Ti, release date is 2013, it's not 2017 and people are considering it too weak.

If budget is a problem i'd recommend you to get a mid tier card and upgrade it in two or three years, it's true that a better card will last longer, but not THAT longer to justify the price difference. A rx 480 should do fine for two years at least. And given the fact that AMD cards tend to age better (At release drivers are crap, they get better with time) i'd chose it over a 1060 (if they cost the same).

ok so what about cpu?is a i5 7400 enough non-K ver. or should I wait more for ryzen 3 1100 which is unlockable if im not wrong. After all WoW is a CPU intensive game and both CPUs are 4 cores physical.I will overclock that RX 480 to maybe 1415,will those CPUs not be a bottleneck??

An Intel i5 will not be a bottleneck, however get the 7500, because it has a much higher clock speed. If you haven't overclocked before, I suggest you don't do it. It might cause some panic attacks, if you do it, do a lot of research beforehand.
