Hello. I have a GPU RX 570 8gb Nitro, updated drivers, Windows too. My problem is when I start streaming a game, regardless of whether I do it through OBS or some other streaming program, as well as directly through the GPU, after a few minutes I only get a black screen, I hear the game tone, and I have to turn off the computer. The reset button does not respond, I have to turn it off and then it says that the GPU has been restored to default settings and sometimes it also loses the driver, so I have to uninstall everything and reinstall the GPU driver via AMD cleanup utility. Benchmark tests pass without problems without errors, Furmark cannot pass, a black screen appears and I have to turn off and on the PC again. The temperatures are excellent. In the game it does not exceed 65 C. In Furmark it reaches 62 C and after 3-4 minutes of the test a black screen. Can you please clarify the problem, what it is? Otherwise, while I play games with it, everything works as it should without any problems. Thanks.

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

I have to uninstall everything and reinstall the GPU driver via AMD cleanup utility.
Ideally you should use DDU to remove all GPU drivers(Intel, Nvidia and AMD) in Safe Mode, then manually install the latest GPU driver sourced from AMD's support site in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator.
