Question Rx 570 error

I have a problem with my gpu (msi rx570 4gb) when i playing Elden ring as you can see in the image below:

I assume they are artifacts but I have been doing, for more than 3 hours, stress tests with Msi kombustor but no artifacts or errors in the Vram were found
Also change the monitor to discard, but the error persists.
some ideas?
With other games (not so new ones ) I have not had this problem, except with forza horizon 5.

My spces are:
gpu: msi rx570 4gb,
cpu: Ryzen 3 3200g,
mother: gigabyte a320m-s2h-cf
16gb ram

I was decided to buy an rtx 3060 but now I'm doubting if the error is the Gpu or something else

Different Cable? Different Interface (port)?

Different HDMI Cable, yes, I should try with DisplayPort or DVI.

If you do buy an expensive new GPU, please make sure and replace the junky, group-regulated PSU first.
