Question RX 570 ---- help with restarts ?

Hi, i don't know if it is a motherboard, psu,or gpu problem but whenever i try to use graphics related process, my pc turns off, fan high speed for a moment(split second) then boot.

and i can reproduce the issue by just running any gpu related process( i even try undervolting) no luck here, i reflash the bios with the stock for the 3rd time,same result.

Now, I can't even use the gpu-z pci-express render test without the computer restarts. The temps are okay because i even test with it just boot up.
and if this might help, motherboards turns off but psu lights are on(psu protection(ovp,ocp etc) isnt tick off or is it?)

i tried memtest on my ram, no problem
cpu stress test, no problem
psu voltages(3.3,5v,12v) are within 5% stantard(test it using multimeter)

My build is ( the cpu is kinda old)
A8 5600k
Rx570 edit(msi gaming x 4gb)
Zalman 700 watts psu
Ssd

currently, i dont have a friend who's got system fit for a gpu installation, but im still im going to find someone. and right now i've tried the dmgg.py to test memory vram problems 'cause i thought it might be but it resulted okay.(all power lines in gpu 1.8v,3.3v,5v,12v are all okay). i have ordered ch431 to reprogram my motherboard chip back to the 1st bios version( 'cause someone says it might be motherbaord issues (and i also kind of think its motherboard problem )). i might report back again once i successfully brought older version of bios back. but right now i just have to wait
