Question RX 570 Pixelated Screen After Wake Up.

Hi,

I recently bought a Sapphire RX 570 4GB Pulse. Almost everything is fine but there is something bothering me. I set my monitor to turn of after 5 min in power options. And some times, after turning of, screen become like this:

If I dissconnect and replug the cable, everthings works fine. There is no crash or anything.
What I tried to fix:
-Deleted and reinstalled updated driver with DDU.
-Installed another old driver.
-Formatted windows 10 just incase.

My System:
FX 8320 4ghz
Asus M5A97 LE R2.0
4x4GB ddr3 1600mhz ram(o.c to 1866)
128gb ssd
1080p dvi monitor
600w Xigmatek 80plus PSU

I bought a DVI to HDMI cable 1 year ago and used it with gtx 960. Some said this could be the problem with RX model GPUs.
Before that, I was using a GTX 960 2gb, without any problem. Is this card broken? What should I do?

I found out the solution. Ram overclocking did messing up with the Gpu some how. I loaded optimized defaults on bios and it works fine.
