Hello everyone.
Time ago I noticed my GPU (RX 570 8GB) got stuttering in most AAA games.
After 5 minuted playing, the GPU Frequency drops every 20 seconds to 300MHz (from 1300MHz avg) and the FPS drops from 75/90FPS to 40/50 drastically.
I don't know what is the problem, I got the BIOS updated, GPU and CPU drivers updated, GPU Temperature is 60°C avg and CPU 50/60°C while gaming, games in my M2...

My build:
CPU AMD Ryzen 7 5700G
GPU RX 570 8 GB ASRock
2x8GB RAM 3200MHz HyperX
PSU CORSAIR CX 550W
M2 960GB Kingstone

Have you tried to use a driver or so back and see how your games work. As our cards get older by generation not really by age but the drivers get more aggressive to the ability of the new generation from AMD and Nvidia.

That's why at some point older card drivers get moved to legacy drivers.

It's an trial and test keeping older cards running there best as newer cards come out.

The other thing is what are your setting in games. Do you run on medium or high setting in game.

Turnoff your antivirus program while gaming does it help?
Your temp looks fine.

I recently downgrade at 18.11.2, I think nothing change.
I play CSGO2 in LOW graphics and I got like 200FPS but stuttering sometimes...
In HITMAN 2 with Medium graphics I got stuttering every 30 seconds avg.
I turn off antivirus, nothing change haha.
I'll become crazy hahahaha

are you sure, that you are gaming with the RX570 and not the integrated GPU?

maybe pooling on the SSDs could be a problem
check the hard drive for errors with its manufacturer´s tool and if available, update the firmware

check windows integrity
open the command prompt as administrator and type DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

clean boot

check the memory by running memtest.org usb autoinstaller (bootable USB flash drive)

run the RAM @2133MHz to check if it happens then too

use ddu uninstaller and reinstall the latest graphics driver

Yes, i'm sure im using the GPU and not the iGPU.

I use the Kingstone tool to see my SSD, and it's fine, 0 problems.

I check the windows integrity, 0 problems again.

I use memtest86 to see the RAM's, again, 0 problems, 0 error's, it pass the test.

In 2133MHz work's same.

I install again the newest graphics drivers, nothing change.

Im starting thinking my motherboard is damaged for some reason, but i don't know how to test it haha.

Hi man, thank u for your time and sorry for my bad english.
Well, I do some tests.
First, I change the color of my screen (it's a SAMSUNG F24T35) in the Color Administrator of Windows, like this: View: https://imgur.com/a/4Y5eFbs

I do it like that and didn't works, I don't know if I do it well.

Second, I noticed who in my primary screen (SAMSUNG) in 1080p the stutter appear, but in 720p no.
I test 1080p in my second monitor (LG, it's old) and the stuttering going off.
(All the tests I do it with one screen plugged only)

Third, I try the Radeon ANTI LAG and didn't work.

Four, I download the chipsets drivers, didn't work.

Well, I think I fix it:

I restored my PC and get windows 11.
I have AMD Anti Lag ON.
I change the COLOR DISPLAY from the AMD RADEON SOFTWARE to LIMITED RGB.
I put on the V-Sync to 60FPS (My screen is 75Hz).
I downloaded and installed AM4 Chipset drivers.
I downloaded the lastest CPU and GPU drivers. (23.9.2).
I downloaded the lastest BIOS version and updated it.
I turn off the TMP from the BIOS.

I don't know what specifically thing fix it but it does.
When the stuttering appears I change the format color from the AMD Software and it goes off.
