Question Rx 5700 xt nitro+ probably power problem

As the title suggests i want to know exactly what the problem of the card is.
I have an identical 5700 xt nitro+ that has no issues on my system which is composed by:
Ryzen 5 7600b650 tomohawk
b650 tomahawk wifi
16gb ddr5 6000mt/s cl 36
Seasonic 750w 80+gold psu
2 ssds (256gb and 512gb)
I have tried undervolting, setting the power limit to -50%, changing between the 2 bioses of the card.It still restarts the system completely after just a few minutes of playing.
the only test that it successfully finished was haven benchmark but when i wanted to exit the application, immediate restart.
So what do you think the problem with the card is, power delivery problem maybe.

I also had a restart problem with my pc not even a month ago and i fixed it by changing my psu. The faulty psu made my gpu have very loud coil whine but once i upgraded the restarts stopped and the coil whine dimmed by 90%

Since you have a second identical card that works fine, I would conclude that the card you are testing is faulty.
Since it fails after a while, look into temperature issues.
Seasonic 750w psu should be plenty.

i think it is a problem with the power phases or something since the other card has no issues

Return the card for replacement. They DO fail on occasion.
