hello,
recently i noticed a abnormality in my PC. While playing games i have around 50 fps with frame drops while my GPU is working on 50-55% of its capacity. as the GPU isn't on heavy load the temp is also never above 55-60 degrees Celsius. I tried updating the drivers, updating the chipset drivers, removing those drivers and reinstalling them, i also tried to update windows, bu all the effort went to waist. nothing worked. if anyone knows whats wrong i could really need your help. and i also taught it may be a bottleneck but i don't believe that's the case because the hardware isn't that far off, at least not as much as a 50% de-buff.
specs:
amd ryzen 1700
red devil rx5700xt
asus rog strix b450-f gaming
(4x4) 16gb crusial basilisk ram (ddr4)
seagate baricuda 2tb
samsung evo 860 500gb ssd
