Question RX 580 doesn't start with my computer :c (Old tech lol)

So, the thing is that i have a computer with an MSI A68HM-E32 v2 motherboard, and a AMD A8 7650K as cpu, 12 gb of ram ddr3 (yeah, i can't get the benefits of dual ram), and finally a PSU of 600w.
For some reason, when i connect the 6+2 pins to the graphic card, my computer won't give image neither the motherboard or graphic card, but the graphic would spin, and no "beep" sound would start indicating problems with it, but when i don't plug de 6+2, it boots normally from the motherboard.
Does this is a problem of the PSU? Should i need 600w< instead?

Oof, that's a bad start; this is one of the worst PSUs it's ever been possible to buy from a well-known brand. Do you have another PSU you can test with, hopefully something far better?
Nopee, but i still can buy another to try it, as i can return the one that i have and they will return me the money :3. Any recommendations?

I think I know the problem because I had the same problem with an AM3+ 990FX motherboard and an RX 580 2148SP.

Apparently, there are some Polaris cards that won't work with a motherboard if it has a Legacy BIOS instead of UEFI. I was mystified because it works perfectly in a Biostar A320M-A motherboard but, over on TPU, someone pointed out that the fact that I hadn't updated my old Gigabyte's BIOS to UEFI was most likely the issue. I believe them because the card has worked perfectly for several days on the newer motherboard while it wouldn't output anything to the display on the old Gigabyte board.

Gigabyte has a BIOS update for my board to give it UEFI so maybe MSi has the same thing for your board.

So, no good news... spent on a new PSU of 700w, the problem persist, so it was never the PSU, now I am between the graphic card havin a short or the motherboard compatibility with it. But i doubt the last thing as it would at least start up, so today am starting to disassemble the graphic and see if there is any short with a multimeter. 🙁

Yess, last version was 2018, i updated my bios to that one and verified the version after (it's 5.8 and before that was 5.5 i think, i don't remember exactly, but i assure you that i did in fact updated it) 😛
I believe you. I expected that you had. I was actually a bit embarrassed to ask because I didn't want to appear insulting or condescending. That's why I prefaced it with "Stupid Question". 😊
