Question RX 590 on PCIe 2.0

Will there be any performance loss to the RX 590 if it is running on a PCIe 2.0 platform rather than a PCIe 3.0?
And what would be the Nvidia equivalent of the RX 590?

I don't think that there would be a noticeable loss in performance for that card. Roughly, the nVidia equivalent would be something like a GTX 1660.

As for the NVIDIA equivalent, I would say something like a GTX 1660 6gb

(not sure about age. I bought it back when it was still being sold new at Newegg. But it sat unused more than used. Way more.)

For a card like like that, I doubt there would even be a noticeable performance hit, the CPU will be the main limiting factor anyway, so I wouldn't worry.
