My brother recently bought a secondhand RX 6700 XT Nitro for $150. After buying it, it worked perfectly. The next day, it wouldn't boot up again; it skipped a day and was working again. Then I moved it up to my PC, and it had the same issue. I have DDUed the driver and reinstalled the Vbios, but it is still the same. I can confirm it was a GPU problem. I was using the other GPUs and diagnosed the problem (GTX 1060 and RX 6600), which both work perfectly on my PC and my brother's PC. I was strongly suspicious that the card was ex-mining (does the 6000 series do well for mining? I've heard news that the 6000 series is bad for mining. Is there any solution for fixing it myself? I think it is not worth bringing it for repair.

In the systems you tried it in, did both have adequate power supplies to power the GPU?

yep pc I used was a fractal design 560w platinum and my brother's one is a fractal design 750w gold
I've used Furmark in both for around half an hour, it was using around 210 w
