Question Rx 6700xt power needed

Hello, im considering buying a rx 6700xt gpu. The power supply in my current pc is a LENOVO FSP 400W ATX12V 80 Plus Gold POWER SUPPLY. My question is if i can run my pc stable without any crashes at 1080p.
The specific rx 6700xt is the MSI RX 6700 XT MECH 2X OC

considering buying a rx 6700x

the RX 6700 XT requires between 650-750w minimum in an average system.

but, first you would need to determine if this included motherboard can even use a retail power supply or is based on Lenovo proprietary hardware/cables.
