Question RX 6950 XT

my pc specs:

intel i7 5920k
16 gb cosair ram (sorry i cant spell)
asus motherboard
graphics card rx 6950 xt
650 psu

my issue is, when ever i start up and graphics intense game or leave my pc running on a game for tyo long my pc turns off and restarts causing the error code 40 on a asus motherboard and my vga graphics card light on the motherboard to be constantly on.

i am wondering how to fix this problem as the setup cost me alot of money

650 psu but witch one ? could be the psu since 6950xt draws pretty good ammount of power
