[SOLVED] RX570 Upgrade

I am currently building my second gaming rig. I have been looking for an upgrade from my RX570. I was curios what you guys think a decent upgrade would be with noticeable performance boost, but without breaking the bank. I know about all the higher end cards and such. I am just curios what everyone else would go with if they were upgrading from an RX570. I have considered a RX590 Red Devil from Powercolor. The other components in the build are of the upper mid to lower high end and the monitor will be 144Hz at 1080p.

590 isnt a massive step up. Id look at a 1660ti or RX5700/xt
