I have XFX RX580 4gb.
When i play PUBG temp. is normal never goes above 70°C.
CPU also has normal temp.
But when i play NFS Payback,GPU after 20min goes like 85-90 °C
And CPU is like 70°C.
It doesnt effect the fps at all.
Is this safe or not ?
What should i do ?

If it stays at the temps you have listed then that's fine. You don't have to adjust anything. If anything, you could always leave the side panel off and have a house fan blowing into your pc(I've done that plenty of times).

Those temps are normal. If it starts getting around 110 - 120 for extended periods, that's when you should worry. If it's worrying you too much though, you could try upgrading the thermal paste on your GPU. I normally do that on all my GPU's. I use Grizzly Kryonaut(best thermal paste available). There's also the option of getting a GPU bracket and installing a water cooler on your GPU.
