Hello i need to find bios for my gpu which i bought from second hand RX580 8GB 2048SP. I tried some reinstall, but with other BIOS it stay few minutes on and then turn black screen, but computer not stop working, just no signal. So i reinstall back old bios. I think it was used for mining, because it is very loud, and i cant adjust fans spining through amd adrenaline. Adding few photos of my card. Thanks for help :) https://postimg.cc/gallery/yzGSZqV

Welcome to the forums, newocmer!

Here's a list of all VBIOS available for the GPU chip you've mentioned above;
What is the brand of the card?

You could look into this;
https://www.techpowerup.com/vgabios/254374/254374
but please be wary that reflashing the VBIOS can cause your GPU to brick and end up as an expensive paperweight.

I think it was used for mining, because it is very loud, and i cant adjust fans spining through amd adrenaline.
Then the final destination for the card would be a bin as there's nothing you can do to undo the stress that was levied onto the GPU. A VBIOS reflash might remedy it but that's a stop gap solution(meaning it's a workaround) not something for the long run.

As for your black screen incident, what is the make and model of the PSU and it's age? Might want to check and see if your motherboard is pending any BIOS updates. Finally if you performed a GPU upgrade, did you remove all prior GPU drivers using DDU to later manually install the latest GPU driver sourced from AMD's support site in an elevated command?

Used hardware is sold "as is" and there is 0 expectation for it to work like brand new hardware. Nor is there any warranty with used hardware.

And with used GPUs, there is 0 idea what kind of abuse it has seen. It could very well be ex-mining GPU, that has custom mining BIOS on it, to reduce the clock speeds according to the miner needs.

You could try to flash the GPU BIOS, it might help. Or it might brick the GPU completely. Your call.
Since RX 580 2048S is China only SKU, there are no official BIOSes for it. There is unofficial one you could try, linked by Lutfij above. But do that on your own risk.

With hardware, you have 2 choices;

1, Buy from questionable source, no-name hardware and play the lottery that you MIGHT get decent piece of hardware for paying peanuts.
Buying used always has it's risks and getting working hardware is 50:50 chance. Either it works and you scored a great deal (hence why people buy used hardware in the 1st place, to get great deals), or it doesn't work (or works partly) and you have a nice paperweight. Not to mention money wasted + your own time and effort troubleshooting it.

2. Buy from reputable source, brand name, brand new hardware, get warranty, be assured it works, while paying proper price for it.

I, personally, am not rich enough to buy used hardware. Thus, i only buy brand new stuff.
