[SOLVED] RX580 Crashing, Blinking Red/White, No Display

Hello,
I've been trying to OC my old RX580 lately, but I seem to be crashing without temps ever going above 70°C.
Already tried changing voltage & power limit, but the same crash still seems to be happening regardless of how high I go.
I've read people getting anywhere from 1460-1510 with a memory clock of 2100 meanwhile mine seems to be crashing everytime I even get close to 1430 at base memory clock with max power limit.
Also noticed that if I do go up to or anywhere above 1430, random artifacting and weird texture issues seem to arise even though the card is barely at around 65°C.
So at this point I would be curious if anybody has any idea what might be causing the crashing and other issues I've been getting.

The crashing is being caused by you overclocking/overvolting your GPU too high and/or your GPU being faulty. If you remove all overclocks and overvolts does your GPU work normally under stress?

Just because your GPU is staying below a certain temperature doesn't mean it should be able to overclock. Heat is just one of several factors that cause GPUs to fail.
