Ryzen 1600 Black Screen

Hello guys,

Ive been having an issue with Black Screens during:
1. Running PUBG

2. Playing a youtube video with PUBG running in the background

3. Streaming with Shadowplay

Currently packing:
- R5 1600 Oc-ed to 3.8 with 1.3125V
- 2x8 TridentZ RGB 3000mhz with XMP enabled (2933mhz)
- MSI B350 Gaming Pro
-Intel S3420 SSD
-WD blue 1tb
- CM G650 Watt psu

What ive tried:
1. Prime95 5 hours blend with 90% ram usage. No black screen
2. Increasing voltage to 1.32 - black screen still occurs
3. Disabled XMP rams ran at 2133mhz - black screen still occurs
4. Updated drivers
5. All this happened on a freshly installed windows 10 pro
6. EventViewer shows a few Error 10016 and Error 37 happening before restarts.

Anyone here with similar problems with a workaround. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Swapped PSU and black screen occurs after 2 days of monitoring. Uninstalled MSI Gaming App and it did not happen.
