Will it be possible to keep processor cool with this one? Is it good or there are better solutions?

I'm pretty sure that cooler isn't compatible with socket AM4, a lot of people are using the Cryorig H7 and getting good results or the noctua D15-SE AM4 or the U12-S AM4
