Ryzen 1700 + RX 580 for gaming and streaming

Will a Ryzen 1700 + RX 580 be able to game (world of Warcraft) 1440p and live stream? Or do I need to upgrade GPU

World of Warcraft runs much better on Nvidia GPUs than it does on AMD. You would be better off with a 1060 if that game is your main priority. Also, keep in mind that both of those cards are more suited for 1080p than 1440p. I think they would be fine for WoW with the right mix of settings but if you plan on playing other, demanding games at that resolution you would want to step up to a 1070 or Vega 56.

A GTX 1060 should handle 1440p on about 7/10, with shadows on low, and SSAO disabled. Pretty sure that is what I ran at, with my similar performing GTX 980. As stated above, you do want an Nvidia GPU though. Blizzard is horrible at AMD GPU optimization.
