Hi everyone, I have a problem with my Ryzen 3 2300X. The problem is the constant FPS drops, friezes, micro-friezes, not a good response in the game.

When I bought and assembled the computer everything was fine, and everything was ok, but after that I updated the BIOS, updated the Windows drivers, these problems started.
When I shoot or play my movements are not the same as they were on my old processor from Intel, the response in the game itself got worse. Also, when many players on the server my FPS drops. It became uncomfortable to play, bad spray control, bad shooting, bad movement.

I tryed to use XMP profile doesn't help,
I tryed to use precision boost overdrive doesn't help
I tryed to overlock my cpu doesn't help
I tryed different timing and different speed of ram doesnt help

I turned off High Precision Event Timer in Windows 10 - it helps a lot, but still i have fps drops, but response in the game is better
I noticed that 14 timings and 3000 memory speed are the most optimal for me.
I don't know why but when I change command rate in DRAM Configuration from 1 to 2 game is more smooth.

Solution
Check your CPU and GPU usage. Your super low resolution is taxing the processor more. I suspect a higher resolution, to actually make use of your GPU, may help alleviate some of your issues. Even in CSGO, a pure quad core, can experience such symptoms, as there are still Windows related tasks, running in the background. Also, check your temps to make sure you are not overheating.

:unsure:No more stuttering and freezing? I had a feeling the CPU was the problem. Perhaps it was bottlenecking your GPU.
no my friend, it was problem with ryzen cpu which is not optimized for cs go at all. I search and found that a lot of people have same problem with ryzen cpus. But other games like GTA, Assassins very playable
