I'm running a Ryzen 2600 (b360 mobo) on Ubuntu for work. When I load the CPU with a workload from python (lots of processes going beyond the full load of CPU) it boosts to 3650 all core, while the cpu temp is steady at 56 degrees.
Is this performance expected from this cpu?

Solution
I expected that it would boost more up to 3.9ghz frequencies at which the temps would be higher
It's b450, not b360, sorry

The base clock on the regular 2600 is 3.4ghz...if you're at 3.65ghz with an all core workload you're actually doing better than AMDs minimum clock speed for the chip.

The 3.9ghz clock speed is for light cpu workloads only.
I'm not sure if AMD Ryzen 5 2600 is compatible with B360 chipset motherboard since it's designed for Intel. But, that's performance is normal for stock AMD Ryzen 5 2600. It's base clock is 3.4 Ghz an it's boost clock is 3.9 Ghz. So, what do you think is unusual from your CPU's performance?

It's stock limit boost is 3.6 Ghz. If you want to higher that up you can change it in BIOS or you can try in AMD Ryzen Master if boosting the CPU to 3.9 Ghz is stable for your PC. But yeah, As far as I know as Ryzen 5 2600 CPU's owner, mine always hit to the max to 3.6 Ghz by stock.
