the rx 590 is out of stock
rx 570 OC can be really close to 580 if not the same, ever 5 fps slower i dont care
but the 3600 0.1% and 1% Lows are really improved against the 2600, which gives a smooth game especially PvP games like WoW, PUBG, CS etc...

so basically am getting rx 580 performance for rx 570 price so am gonna pay extra for the 3600 for that 20% better 0.1 and 1% lows. i wont lose more than 5 fps downgrading the GPU but i will get better stability with 3600
and am still researching about it in Forums etc ...

am moving from 1050ti, rx 570 OC/ rx580 is happiness anyway, its just the Damn 3600 is so sexy -_-

Up to you. I will say that it's generally fairly easy to work around GPU limitations by adjusting settings to achieve your desired FPS, whereas you generally can't do much if your CPU is holding you back. GPU upgrades are also generally easy to do that CPU upgrades. So yeah, even getting a 3600 over a 2600 may not be the best choice strictly looking at FPS/dollar, it's not a bad idea IMO.

thats correct, nobody plays Ultra preset, we all turn on Quality + Antialiasing and the rest low as possible. which will remove some stress from the GPU and allow the 3600 to perform better, i think it will be better than 2600, i have seen more comparison this week with midrange GPUs, 3600 have incredible 25% better 1% lows in addition to 15-25% average fps.
