Question Ryzen 2700 Booting Issue

System reboots seconds after the windows loading animation begins..( rotating dots.) I have tried installation media from DVD and usb with same result. AsRock A320M-HDV, Ryzen 7 2700, 8Gig Ballistix DDR4, Thermaltake 700W Bronze PSU. The Bios has been updated and navigates and runs fine until I try installing windows on it. Then it suddenly reboots with no error message.. Something is happening after the rotating dots under the windows logo show up.

new and try to install windows?
what version of windows? download the latest iso?
full system spec?

Fresh download of newest iso from Microsoft. I tried at from a USB prepared with the update assistant tool and tried from the image burned to a DVD. Same results..

System Mainboard: AsRock A320M- HDV Rev 4.0 with updated BIOS, Ballistix 8GB DDR4-2666 (1x8GB Module), AMD Ryzen 7 2700, Samsung EVO960 M.2 250 Gb SSD, Nvidia GT-610 PCIe Video Card. And a Thermaltake Ultra Bronze 700w PSU.
