Question Ryzen 3 2200G Gigabyte AB350M-DS3H, NVMe M.2 Wont Post With GPU Installed

G Skill Aegis 3000mhz 2x8 (16GB)
Asus 1060 6GB Strix ROG
Adata XPG SX6000 Lite M.2 2280 PCIe Gen3x4 SSD
WD Blue 1TB HDD

When I install the M.2 SSD (on a working system with Windows 10 installed on the HDD) PC wont boot and fans go to 100% and nothing happens, the Computer boots fine without the GTX1060 installed and the M.2 SSD installed, any help...

PSU is an expensive paper weight. How old is the PSU? If the system doesn't boot when you have a discrete GPU popped in, it's often times that you're suffering from a grounding issue or the PSU is incapable of delivering the necessary power(to the entire system).
